The 6-10-46 to 2-5-17 victory was the Swans first away victory in their history.
Olivia Climpson and Sarah Pannowitz lead the way for the visitors, kicking two goals apiece.

Meanwhile, the Inverell Saints continued their stranglehold on the AFL North West women's competition with an 8-3-51 to 2-2-14 win over the Tamworth Kangaroos.
Gabrielle Mooney (three goals) ran amok in the Saints forward line, while Stephanie Press went on to claim the Saints best-on-ground honours.
Hannah Bronger and Shannon Campbell kicked the Roos' two goals for the game.
Mackenzie Barton was named the Roos best player in the 37-point loss.
The Kangaroos will now prepare for a road trip to Varley to once again take on the Saints.
