Joshua Degioannis has been in custody since police raided a Goonoo Goonoo Road home on July 4.
Degioannis appeared in Tamworth Local Court again on Monday, where he admitted to two charges of possessing prohibited drugs.
The 34-year-old will fight the other four charges against him, pleading not guilty to supplying more than an indictable quantity of drugs; possessing an unauthorised pistol; not keeping a firearm safely; and possessing or using a prohibited weapon without a permit.

During the raid last week, officers uncovered a pistol, a butterfly knife, and what they allege is cannabis and methylamphetamine in the house.
The raid was part of Strike Force Munderah - a secret police operation setup by Oxley police in July, last year, to home in on those suspected of being involved in a drug supply ring.
Degioannis made no bid for bail on Monday and it was formally refused by magistrate Roger Prowse, who ordered police to compile a brief of evidence and serve it on Degioannis' solicitor.
He will return to court in September.
