In A-grade, the Boomerangs controlled the majority of the match, thanks to a strong performance from their spine.
Halves pairing Will Fernando and Chris Binge Jr along with Jamie Sampson at fullback and Zac Sampson at hooker controlled the tempo perfectly, being well backed up by their forward pack.
The Boomerangs held a 24-10 lead at the main break before really putting the foot down in the second half, eventually winning 54-14.

Boomerangs coach Chris Binge said he was really pleased with his side's efforts.
"We've been working pretty hard," he said.
"We had to fix a few things, but credit to the boys. They put their heads down and got into the hard work in the last couple of weeks.
"Like I've said before, once we start to get consistency and a full squad together we're going to be tough to beat at the back end of season."
The Eels weren't quite at full strength for the match but Binge said that based on his side's performance, it wouldn't have made a difference.
"At the end of the day you can only play what's in front of you," he said.
"I'm pleased with our boys' efforts. The pleasing thing for me coaching wise is the whole week was a great week at training, and we talked about converting our training efforts into a game effort."
Binge heaped praise on his spine, who "took the game by the scruff of the neck" while also giving a big wrap to their forward pack, in particular front rower Kyle Butler.
Butler's defensive efforts were a real standout and he was well supported by Peter Duncan.
"When you win like that, it's a big team effort," Binge said.
"I think it was a good team effort. We're building nicely into where we want to be in four weeks time, we've just got to continue to do the hard work."
The win moves the Boomerangs to outright second on the ladder, with a minor premiership still on the cards.
"It also gives us a good buffer from a for and against point of view," Binge said.
"Our defensive effort was pretty solid. The last few weeks our defensive efforts have been pretty pleasing."
Should the Boomerangs and first placed Magpies win the remainder of their games, a meeting in the final round could potentially decide who finishes on top and who's in the box seat to host the grand final.
The Boomerangs also got a 28-22 win in a rare reserve grade match while the ladies league tag side got back into the winner's circle.
Coming into the game on the back of four straight losses, the Boomerangs got the job done in a tight affair, winning 14-10.
The Boomerangs now have a two week break before their next match against the winless Rams in Armidale.
