New England police raided a Kirkwood Street property on Tuesday afternoon.
The search warrant unfolded at about 2.35pm with several police combing the property before they allegedly uncovered the stash of drugs.
Police will allege there was 27.5g of methylamphetamine, or ice, which has an estimated street value of $13,500, officers told the Leader.
A quantity of cash and ammunition was also seized during the raid.
Police said a 46-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Armidale Police Station.

He was questioned by investigators and later charged with possessing a prohibited drug and possessing a prescribed restricted substance.
He also faces charges of dealing the suspected proceeds of crime, acquiring a firearm part and unauthorised possession of ammunition.
The man was granted conditional bail by police to front Armidale Local Court in July.
Police said investigations into the seizure were continuing.
