Both Ethan Johnson, 21, and Hayden Lansdown, 23, from Tamworth are wanted on drug or firearms offences, while Phu Van Lam, 32, and Ashley Hoye, 31, from Sydney and the Central Coast, are allegedly evading police.
Police have been searching for the four since the 'ice castle' investigation unfolded with raids in Tamworth at the end of May.
"We believe two of the men could still be in the New England area," Oxley Detective Acting Inspector Jason Darcy said.
"These men are charged with serious offences and there are warrants for their arrest, so we would urge the public to work with us to arrest these individuals and put them before the courts."

Meanwhile, three co-accused all had their cases adjourned in Tamworth Local Court on Wednesday.
Shaun Andrew Winsor, 28, is being held in Cessnock jail on five gun supply or possession charges.
Matthew Robert Lee is facing charges of supplying more than an indictable quantity of drugs and participating in a criminal group.
He was arrested in Dubbo at the start of the month and is being held in custody in Wellington prison, the court heard.
Legal Aid solicitor Rae Parker said both cases would be referred to the DPP because of the serious nature of the charges and a brief of evidence would be required.
"Bail not applied for, refused today," Magistrate Julie Soars said, confirming the orders in both Lee and Winsor's cases.
Co-accused Simon Mitchell Cowan also had his case adjourned with a brief ordered, but did not appear in court.
"Mr Cowan is in fact a Crown witness in Gosford today," Ms Parker told the court.
Cowan is facing charges of supplying more than an indictable quantity of drugs but has not be required to enter a plea.
The trio were arrested as part of Strike Force Radius which was set-up to bring down an alleged ice and gun supply ring in Tamworth.
Detectives allege the men were involved in the supply chain of prohibited drugs that was being run out of a headquarters inside a housing commission unit, referred to as the 'ice castle' in Petra Avenue, Tamworth.
