Meanwhile, a teenager will front court next month after allegedly being caught drink driving in Tamworth in the early hours of Wednesday.
Police and paramedics were called to reports two utilities collided on Daruka Road, just before 4am.
Paramedics assessed a 49-year-old man and two 18-year-old men, but all three did not require treatment, the ambulance spokesperson said.
Police later arrested one of the teenagers, who they allege was behind the wheel of one of the utilities, after he failed a roadside breath test.
A police spokesperson said the man was taken to Tamworth Police Station where they allege he recorded a blood alcohol reading of .120 - more than double the legal limit.
The teenager was charged with mid-range drink driving and had his licence suspended on the spot.
He's been ordered to front Tamworth Local Court in July.
Police will allege the teenager crossed into the path of the oncoming driver.
The police spokesperson said the incidents were just two of several calls for minor collisions across the city on Wednesday.
