For the third year running, Chris Watson Travel was named the 2019 NSW People's Choice Retail Travel Agency of The Year.
The business will now represent NSW at the national awards to be held on Saturday, July 20 at the International Convention Centre in Sydney.

"All our team are really excited," owner-manager Chris Watson said.
"We're a small business, locally owned and independent and we were up against some big businesses in NSW, so to do that [win the NSW title] is a real honour.
Mr Watson thanked the community, the business' suppliers and customers for their support.
"We are so excited and humbled that our clients took the time to vote for us as People's Choice Travel Agency of the Year," he said.
"A huge thank you to all our clients, our suppliers and the community for their support of our local small business.
"Thank you to all our clients that took the time to vote, to our amazing dedicated team who always go above and beyond for our clients, thank you for your hard work."
In total, 13,000 consumer votes were received across the campaign period.
Consumers were invited to vote either online or through magazine survey forms. The travel agencies who received the most consumer votes in each state were named category finalists.
