The special jerseys come after the sides wore limited edition socks during their round one encounter and much like the socks, the jerseys will be auctioned off after the game.
After a drought-breaking 23-20 victory over the Inverell Highlanders last week, the Lions will be eager to continue their rise from the bottom of the Central North ladder.
Meanwhile, the Pirates will be looking to add to their four-straight wins after suffering a sluggish start to the season.
Saturday's game begins at 3.15pm, with the charity auctions following the first grade game.
