The music section wrapped up on Sunday after a big few days of instrumental, vocal, band and choir performances.
On Friday, The Northern Daily Leader photographer Gareth Gardner dropped in to snap pianists at Tamworth Regional Conservatorium of Music.
They young competitors that day played in sections such as classical music, 20th and 21st century pieces, and Australian compositions.

On Sunday, he photographed some of the competitors in their instrumental solo section, also in the conservatorium's Chapel Theatre.
This week, in Wests' Diggers grand ballroom, the eisteddfod continues with speech and drama.
This part of the eisteddfod includes poetry and prose recitals, mimes, Shakespearean monologues, public speaking, storytelling, Bible readings and sight readings.
The mature performers section will bring this year's eisteddfod to a close, with various sections to take place at Tamworth Community Centre on Friday evening.
