The event will feature a panel of three guest speakers; Megan Leary from Headspace Tamworth, and Melissa Butler and Hannah McKenzie from IPAR Tamworth.
They'll talk about the "difficult teenage years", particularly about how to effectively communicate with teenagers in a society that is rapidly changing the way they interact with each other.
The panel will also focus on mental health in the workplace, including dealing with stress, bullying, returning to work after a serious injury or maternity leave and balancing time between work and home.
The third stage of life the event talks about is empty nesting and approaching retirement.
A three course meal will be provided at the TAFE Futures restaurant.
The events run from 6pm to 9:30pm. Tickets are on sale until 5pm, June 17, and can be purchased here.
