A LITTLE girl has been trampled by a horse on a property east of Quirindi on Saturday afternoon.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter rushed to the property after reports a 7-year-old girl had been injured on the property.
NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter's critical care medical team both arrived on scene to stabilise the child.
It was discovered the girl received leg fractures when she was trampled by the horse.
Once the patient was deemed to be in a stable condition she was flown to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle for further medical care.
