An eight-goal second term saw the Swans take control at Tamworth No.1 Oval, eventually running out 18-18-126 to 5-12-42 winners.
Chris Oxford (five goals) was the Swans best in front of goal, while Ed George was named best on ground in the 84-point win.

Swans forward Ben Jaffrey said the second quarter was "a turning point" in the match.
"To Moree's credit they really stuck it to us early in the game," Jaffrey said.
"We had a chat about it at quarter time and the boys really lifted, which was pleasing."
With nine individual goal kickers for the game, Jaffrey said the Swans would take "a lot of confidence" from the performance.
"I think it will be a great confidence boost for our guys to know we have options up forward," he said.
"I think that was Ox's [Oxford's] first game for the season, so to finish with five goals will be a big boost for him.
"As well as that though, I think our guys will take a lot of confidence away from the second quarter.
"I think it proves we can put on a big quarter and turn the momentum our way."
Jaffrey said the form of 2018 Gillies medallist Ed George was a highlight of the side's victory.
"Ed has pretty much picked up from where he left off last year," he said.
"I think he has been our best player in the last two games and has really taken his game to another level."
The Swans will now look to a football-free Queens Birthday long weekend before taking on the Tamworth Kangaroos in the local derby on June 15.
"Regardless of how either side is going, these games are always huge," Jaffrey said.
"At the moment we are pretty lucky in terms of not having too many injuries.
"But this weekend off will help us freshen up all the same."
