Boggabri needs to show more patience and stop "throwing the ball away" if they are to notch their first win of the season when they travel to Dungowan on Sunday, says their coach, Shane Rampling.

The Roos lost 24-22 to Kooty at home last round, after being thumped by North Tamworth the previous round.
But it was a game that Rampling believes the side should have won had they not wasted so much possession.
"We've just got to be patient with the ball and stop making silly mistakes with the ball," he said. "Every time we score points, we can't complete the next set - we throw the ball away.

"It's really starting to affect us really badly. We've got to tighten up there and we've got to be a bit more dominant around the ruck.
"They are a couple of things we really need to focus on this week. Dungowan's gonna be tough to beat at home, so we've got to make sure we don't give them extra opportunities that we don't have."
