A man has died following a workplace accident at a concreting business in Moree on Thursday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to Johnstone Concrete and Quarries at about 5pm on Thursday, May 23 after reports that a man had been crushed in a workplace incident.
Moree police, NSW Ambulance and Fire and Rescue NSW attended the scene.
Moree police officer in charge Inspector Martin Burke confirmed that there was one fatality, however police are yet to formally identify the body.

"We're currently working with WorkCover and preparing a report for the coroner," Inspector Burke said.
Inspector Burke said it was a "crushing-type situation", however police and WorkCover are yet to determine the cause of the accident.
"We have seized a heavy vehicle, which is being examined," he said.
"The matter's with the coroner."
No-one else was injured in the accident.
