The alleged fraud offences have occurred since January this year and involve an offer to sell and deliver hay and grain to farmers across NSW.

Seven people have fallen victim to the frauds which have a monetary value of more than $80,000, NSW Police State Rural Crime Co-ordinator Detective Inspector Cameron Whiteside said.

"Rural crime investigators have charged a 34-year-old male from Parkes with 10 counts of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception in relation to offering to sell the fodder to various farmers in Dubbo, Parkes, Yass Valley and Moulamein after payment had been received," he said.

"The fodder was not delivered as ordered."

Det Insp Whiteside has called on other victims to come forward.

"The Rural Crime Prevention Team are asking for any person who has dealt with or paid money to a business in Parkes and has not received their fodder deliveries to come and see us at Parkes Police Station or call the Rural Crime Investigators in Parkes on 6862 9999 to report the matter," he said.

The 34-year-old man is due to front Parkes Local Court early next month.
