The forward line duo of Hannah Bronger and Shannon Campbell proved too strong for the Nomads defence, as both went on to boot four goals each in the 8-11-59 to 3-8-26 win.
Clare Cummings was the Nomads best in front of goal, kicking two goals while Leah Rose McDonald was named the Nomads best player.
The win was the Roos second for the season after defeating the Tamworth Swans on May 4.

Roos coach Brett Douglas told the Leader his side's "link-up play" was a feature of the victory.
"A lot of our play came from Tegan Giles in the back line, who had an outstanding game," Douglas said.
"She has improved out of sight so far this season and was really strong for us on the weekend alongside our midfield.
"Overall, it was a really good performance from our girls."
Douglas said the recruitment of Bronger was "a handy pick up" for the Roos.
"Hannah is a nurse, who has been on night shift and unable to play until Saturday," he said.
"But even in her first-ever game of AFL, she bagged a few goals and really impressed for us."
In the round's other action, the Inverell Saints proved strong for the Tamworth Swans recording a 17-11-113 to 1-0-6 win.
Clare McCosker booted seven goals in a best-on-ground performance for the Saints, while Bianca Hughes was named the Swans best on the day.
The Roos will now turn their attention to a top-of-the-table clash against the Inverell Saints on Saturday.
"It should be a good chance for us to test ourselves against one of the best teams in the competition," Douglas said.
"The Nomads are a good side and really tested our girls on the weekend.
"Hopefully it should have given us a good preparation for the Saints next week.
"We may be heading to Inverell a little bit under strength, so the girls will really have to stand up if we want to win."
