Quirindi first division coach Robert Gregg told the Leader he was proud of his team's performance.
"It was a really great team effort from our girls," Gregg said.
"They played hard all day and saved a really good performance for the final.
"Glen Innes is always a really tough team to beat, so to get over the line was really good."
Qurindi's division one victory was complimented by impressive performances in both division two and three.
"Our division two team ended up making the semi finals of division one," Gregg said.
"They won their way into the division one semi finals and were looking like they might make the final.
"However, they were run down by Tamworth late in the game and were knocked out.
"Meanwhile, our division three team lost by just one goal in overtime of the grand final.
"All up, it was a really good day for us."
All of the competing teams will now turn their attentions to the state netball championships in June.
"I think we are shaping up pretty well heading into the state champs, based on how we went at the regional champs," Gregg said.
