Considering the traffic one would like to think our Tamworth council, Roads and local member Mr Kevin Anderson would do something to make it safe for the visitors as it is no more than a snake track waiting for people to be killed on.
Maybe the reason is that it is outside the Tamworth city limits and these people don't count for anything, or the truth may be they don't have to travel it at all.
Same goes for their water, out of sight out of mind.

Responding to "My View"
Be careful what you ask for. In reply to Chris Bath's "good riddance" to Christianity, because one day that will happen. A day is coming when all Christians will be "caught up" to be with Jesus forever. But until that day comes we, (Christians) will continue to show love and compassion for our fellowman.
Chris suggests that a society that doesn't believe in an omnipotent being is not a society without principals and morals but those assets are inherent, really?
Take the time to read the Bible, and you will find the principles and morals have been set down by God. Suggesting that we all join together, become united, very difficult when we worship a different God it is not like everyone choosing to support the same football team!
True, there have been some atrocious acts done by people who call themselves Christian, but like everything else there is always some "fake" group willing to do and act not in accordance with what God would want.
I, in my lifetime am not aware of any violent act against society such as we have seen in the last few weeks done in the name of Jesus. Unfortunately these "fake" Christians make it very difficult for the Born-Again Christian. Not sure what a "Born Again Christian" is please read Galations 5:22-26
You finished by encouraging us to embrace the future, to finish, I encourage you to read God's word, because I believe our future is in God's Hands.

Tunnel Rat on Anzac Day
I was pleased to read that Mr Underwood had received a Citation for Gallentry in recognition of the frightening work he did as a Vietnam soldier - clearing Viet Cong tunnels of explosives.
And I was quite interested in his view of Anzac Day and the growing interest of so many young people.
This was the complete opposite opinion to that expressed in a recent article I read.
In this article the writer was in favour of doing away with Anzac Day - probably because he has grown up in a country of peace; hasn't had his fate decided by a lottery; and wouldn't have a clue what being a soldier is all about.
Well, I will watch Anzav Day services (on TV now I am old) for the rest of my life and I will pay tribute to those service personnel who gave so much.
I hope they continue the Two Up and that our young are taught to value the service personnel - not because they believe in war, but because these people were prepared to die for their country and all it meant to them.
