Petrina Anne Eisenhauer is alleged to have been involved in falsifying a contract for the sale of an Armidale business, with the intent of obtaining $4.38 million.
The 40-year-old appeared in Armidale Local Court on Monday, flanked by a solicitor, on one charge of publishing false or misleading material to obtain an advantage.
Eisenhauer was arrested by Armidale detectives last week at an Invergowrie home, which was also raided by officers who seized documents and electronic storage devices that will now undergo forensic examination.
