CHEMICALS and liquids seized from a Gunnedah address will be analysed after a police operation on Tuesday.

Officers carried out a search warrant at the Edward Street address about 9.20am.
Gunnedah Police Sergeant Mark Benson said the warrant "was executed without any issues".
"A variety of chemicals was seized [along with] a small amount of property suspected to be stolen, a small quantity of cannabis leaf - 5.9g - and prescribed restricted substances," Sergeant Benson said.

He said police had spoken with the occupants, but no arrests had been made.
"At this stage, further inquiries are being conducted in order to identify some of the chemicals and liquids seized," he said.
Sergeant Benson said police were "acting on information from members of the community".
Local officers involved in the operation worked with others from Oxley Police District, as well as the Western Region Domestic Violence High-Risk Offender Team, which targets serious, high-risk and repeat offenders.
