Both have dominated US airwaves this year and felt a trip to the land down under's country music capital was in order.
Eldredge grew up in Paris, Illinois - a rural town with a population of 8000 people before he made the move to Nashville.
"I loved growing up in the mid-west in the middle of nowhere," he said.
"I've sung all sorts of music but where I'm from is very rural and I've met a lot of down to Earth, hardworking people.
"It's country music to the core, that's where I resonated."
Neither Eldredge or Pardi have made the trip to Australia before and both said they look forward to a trip to Tamworth's Big Golden Guitar.
The closest Pardi comes to Australia is two cattle dogs, he said, and he's excited to see more.
"I'm from northern California, from an agricultural hardworking town and my dad was always working," he said.
It has to make you feel something to make someone else feel the same way.
- Jon Pardi
"My grandmother would always watch me as a kid and she loves country music.
"I think that kind of upbringing comes with more of an appreciate for a hard days work, my fiddle player grew up on a farm too and we'd talk about driving tractors for ten hours with country on the radio.
"It has a way with being outside, it's hardworking music - it connects."
Eldredge will make the Tamworth trip after he wraps up a huge north American and European tour, bringing with him smash hits from albums Bring You Back and Illinois.
