Fresh off the back of a round two victory over Services, a 3-0 first half set up the game for last year's grand finalists.
It took just four minutes for Jess Fleury to register Flames' first goal of the game from a penalty corner before Annaleise Frear made it 2-0 less than 20 minutes later.
The team's first-half hat-trick was completed just six minutes later by Robin Mansfield, helping set up the side's eventual 5-2 victory.

Flames coach Barrie Pritchard praised his team's "all around effort" after the win.
"It turned out to be a pretty good victory for us despite the fact we had five regular first grade players missing," Pritchard told the Leader.
"All of the girls stepped up to help get the job done and they should be pretty pleased with their efforts."
The Flames' victory was made complete by second-half goals from Kimmy Resch and Helena Williamson.
"I thought Kimmy was fantastic for us," Pritchard said.
"She did a lot of damage and really helped set up the win alongside all of the girls.
"I also think Sarah Overeem was very good for us, she has been in really great form so far this year and was great again against the Olympians."
Pritchard said he expected Olympians to improve throughout the season.
"One really pleasing thing for us was our conversion of penalty corners," he said.
"I think we converted two or three penalties out of five attempts, which is very pleasing.
"Olympians are fairly young, hard- running side.
"I think they will certainly get better as a side as the season rolls on and will be a pretty tough team to beat."
