Think you've perfected the noble art of cooking a steak on the barbie? Or could you use some tender tips?
Either way, the Country Capital Cook-off could be just to your taste - and it's on in Tamworth this weekend.
Hosted by Tamworth BBQ Man Peter Bukowski at The Welder's Dog in Dowe Street, the event will have Australia's best barbecue cooks - ableit perhaps self-proclaimed - chasing points in a cooking contest.
It will be a gold-coin entry for spectators, and those takings will go to the steak winner's charity of choice.
It's part of Destination Tamworth Taste Festival 2019.
The event is sanctioned by the international Steak Cookoff Association, and the winner will go through to the World Championships in Texas.
Jack's Creek will supply the beef: SCA standard 29mm, prime-grade rib-eye.
There will also be a burger and chicken wing competition.
