Aden Mohamed is facing allegations of supplying more than an indictable quantity of drugs, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug, and dealing with the suspected proceeds of crime. He is yet to enter pleas to the charges.

The 28-year-old, who has been in custody since the police raid in March, lodged a bid for release in Tamworth Local Court this week; it was granted, with a list of conditions, by magistrate Julie Soars.

Mohamed, who police said didn't live in Tamworth at the time of his arrest, will have to live in Tamworth and report to police seven days a week.

He's also been ordered to surrender his passport and must not approach any international points of departure or leave the state of NSW.

Mohamed is also prohibited from taking drugs, as part of his bail conditions.

Mohamed was arrested when Oxley police raided an Anthony Road property just before 1pm on March 25.

Inside, they allegedly uncovered almost 100g of methlyamphetamine, or ice, cannabis and cash.

Officers claimed at the time the ice had a estimated street value of $47,000. It's the police case that the drugs were to be supplied in the local Tamworth area.

A 20-year-old man arrested during the police raid was released without charge.

Police have been ordered to compile a brief of evidence into the case. 

Mohamed will return to court later this month.
