While festival goers won't quite get the fine bone china and silverware experience that Ali Treloar's inspiration generally offers, they will still have their taste buds tantalised by a selection of delicacies, including mini quiches, tarts and macarons.
Mrs Treloar has had a food obsession her entire life, so after relieving her mother of a few cabinets full of fine china in recent years, decided to share that passion with the local community.
"There is an Australian saying 'Kick the Billy' which means to have a cup of tea - I just wanted to class that up a bit, but keep that underlying meaning," she said.
"It is about sitting down and enjoying other people's company with some good food and beverages."

Mrs Treloar was a food writer and blogger in Melbourne for over ten years, and also spent several years offering marketing and sales solutions to premium outlets before moving to Tamworth and starting a family.
Earlier this year the foodie finally put her passion on a plate, taking the plunge into the business world, and has never looked back.
"Tamworth has always had passionate foodies," she said.
"In the eight years that I have been here the hospitality business has gone from strength to strength in terms of what is available, and now I am proud to be a part of that."
China Billy's bread and butter is offering tailor made high tea packages for baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, get togethers or any other celebration, and also offer canapes, dessert bars and even picnic hamper packages.
The business can do it all from planning to pack up, and also have hire packages for those who like "to whip up their own treats."
For those that miss China Billy at Taste, or are looking for something different stay tuned for a Mother's Day collaboration at the Welder's Dog that promises "to combine gin, high tea and good times".
The Taste Tamworth festival runs from April 5 to April 7, and not only includes numerous stalls of all different cuisines, but also showcase pieces such as the Long Lunch, Pop-up on Fitzroy and Taste in the Park.
