"They were the undefeated North Coast champions last year so they are going to be a very tough opposition," Scorpions president Joe Campbell said.
The only Northern Inland side still alive in the competition, the Scorpions will travel to the coast for the game, to be played on either March 30 or 31, after being drawn out as the away side.
After managing just the one win last season it has been an encouraging start with the Scorpions brushing past Narrabri 6-1 in their opening game, before fighting back from two goals down to knock out defending Northern Inland Premier League champions Tamworth FC on penalties.
"It's a perfect little pre-season," Campbell said with the games getting tougher each round.
The Scorpions will have the chance to "work on a few more formations" for the Bombers clash when they take on North Companions in a trial game in Tamworth on Saturday.
