Batting after winning the toss, the visitors were 2-0 after Luke Wellings dismissed Nick Endacott and Simon Wood early in the innings.
Shannon Rafferty and Cameron Wood then joined forces to put on a 67-run-third-wicket partnership before Wood was caught at deep mid-wicket by Lee Harrison off the bowling of Liam Brennan for 34.

Mainstay of the innings, Rafferty went on to make 43 and was the seventh batsman dismissed while Jay Grills (1)4 and Blaine Moore (12) were the only other batsmen to reach double figures in Uralla's total of 114.
Wellings finished with 3-19, Ben France took 3-20, Harrison captured 3-46 and Brennan picked up the prize wicket of Wood.
In reply, Swamp lost opener Ben France for a duck when he skied an attempted hook shot and was caught behind by Moore off the bowling of Andrew Fuller.
Both players and spectators would not have forecast what was about to unfold when in the space of seven deliveries Swamp lost five wickets for six runs to go down by three runs.
With the last two balls of his sixth over, Wood trapped Cross LBW and then bowled Lachie Laurie.
Returning from a spell Fuller had Hoy brilliantly caught behind by Moore first ball of the over to leave Swamp 8-105 still needing nine runs for victory.
Enter Liam Brennan, who then scored two runs followed by a boundary to take Swamp with in four runs of victory.
However those hopes diminished when Fuller bowled Brennan with a full toss and then rattled the pegs of Jim Boyd next delivery to finalise the match.
Fuller finished with 5-37 and collected the Jim Fletcher Memorial Trophy for best bowling in the grand final.
He was assisted by Wood who picked up 2-14, Ben Hamilton 2-28 and Nathan Swann, who captured the remaining wicket.
The victory was Uralla’s second Walcha cricket premiership in the space of three seasons.
