I can't believe the fuss and mischief that's being raised over this one little (well not so little) number.
Yep, that's right, 100,000.
It's not very often after all, that the political realm looks beyond the next polling day.
It's kind of nice to have a bit of a look into the future. To know that someone has big things in mind for us.
Forget the water, forget the roads - well not really - but you get the idea.
What was that saying: "Build it and they will come".
I do understand that all those things - roads, water, housing, parks, facilities etc - will need to be addressed at some point, but should we really be calling kibosh on all this just yet?
If you don't have a vision, you can't see where you are going.
This, right now, is pie in the sky, but surely it's worth thinking about.
It means we will have to be a little more conscious of our water use with handheld hoses permitted for just 15 minutes.
