In the outright win, Hazlewood finished the match with nines wickets and 104 not out, which came off 80 balls and included three sixes and 10 fours.
On Saturday, he resumed on 35 not out - with him and Old Boys captain Ben Middlebrook (a 49-ball 52) and then Mitchell Swain (15 not out) driving the side to 6-319 declared off 52 overs.
Hazlewood, who claimed 6-28 as Bective East were dismissed for 102 in the first innings, then took 3-10 off five overs, for match figures of 9-38, as the Bulls were routed for 65 off 18.1 overs in their second innings. James Austin captured 3-13 off 4.1 overs for Old Boys on Saturday.

Old Boys increased their competition lead over second-placed City United to almost 22 points, while the last-placed Bulls are more than 11 points behind fourth-placed North Tamworth. The top-four teams will contest the finals, starting on March 16.
In a tight competition, only about 10 points separate City United and fifth-placed West Tamworth.
Old Boys opener Abel Carney said: "We're starting to come together a little bit … He's [Hazlewood] a big key to the side. His bowling has been unreal, and there's every chance of him hitting a ton every time he bats."
