Tamworth Regional Council is holding a feedback session to gauge what went right, what went wrong and what could have been done better.

If the community doesn't tell, council won't know how to improve, festival manager Barry Harley said.

"Although the festival may be driven by council, its only made possible through the very wide-spread team that come together for the one common goal," he said.

"We aim to deliver the best experience for as many people as possible but in order to do so, we want to hear from the whole community on what worked in 2019, what they think we could do better and what they would like to see moving forward.

All members of the community are invited to share their feedback, all they have to do is register on the night.

Every speaker will be limited to three minutes to ensure that everyone who would like to speak gets the opportunity.

The Tamworth Regional Council events team will provide a formal festival overview and respond to feedback raised on the night.

The community review is on Monday February 25 at 6pm at the Town Hall.
