Enjoy breakfast bacon and egg “rock n rolls” dished up by the Bobby Jack’s Festival Committee as well as a delicious “alternative” vegie option.
Come along and talk to the Festival organisers to find out more about this exciting local music and arts festival to be held at the Walcha showground on 13 April.
Once again, the girls from the Farmers Market committee will be there with plenty of their refreshing homemade lemonade to quench your thirst.
Come with the family or a group of friends and enjoy the terrific selection of stalls, live music by Howard – The Banjo Man and colouring in at the Kids Corner from 8.30am.
“As always, don’t forget to bring along your excess produce, home cooking, eggs, plants and so on to the Community Stall. It is a great way of making extra money from your excess produce or cooking,” Walcha Farmers Market Secretary, Lisa Kirton said.
“Just drop your items off to the Community Stall anytime on market day and we will sell them for you. No application necessary and no requirement for you to stay the day. All proceeds from your sales will be given to you after the market, minus 20 per cent commission. It’s a great way for people to get involved in the markets and make some money without taking out their own stall.”
The Walcha Farmers’ Market is held on the third Saturday of the month (except during winter) from 8.30am-12.30pm in McHattan Park, near the Walcha Visitor Information Centre.
