“I’m 23 and have lived in Tamworth my whole life.
“I have been working at Adairs for almost two years now and I have been enjoying every moment, I get to work with some great people doing what I love and they’re all very excited to see me during the festival.
“When my boss handed me an application form to be apart of the queen quest, I said to her I’ve always thought about it but never gone through with it, she said that joining would be good for me, give me an opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and meet a bunch of new people.
“When I’m not working, I’m either riding horses or spending time with my great big family, there’s eleven of us all together and that’s not including the brother in-laws, the sister in-law and the nieces and nephews. I have six sisters, two brothers and a wonderful mother and father,
“I feel very privileged to be sponsored by my father’s business Hunt’s Joinery, when I asked my father if he would like to sponsor me during the festival, you could hear my mother shout yes of course he would love to, both of my parents have already been so supportive and can’t wait to help me out during the festival.
I have always enjoyed when the festival rolls around it’s a great excuse to walk the streets, meet new people, explore new things.

“Hunt’s Joinery is a small locally owned business, and I believe small businesses are what helps Tamworth and the region to continually grow.
“I have always enjoyed when the festival rolls around it’s a great excuse to walk the streets, meet new people, explore new things, and I always enjoy hearing stories from people who have traveled from all over even if it’s their first time here or their 10th they all have a something to say.
“I’m very excited to be doing it this year as a Queen entrant, I’ve always like to think of myself as a positive role model, I hope to be able to get more young people involved in the community and this is a great way to do that and to see Tamworth from a different view.”
