STAR MAKER FINALISTS
If you can’t wait the whole day to see the finalists play in Toyota Park, there’s a taste of the talent just shy of an hour out of Tamworth in picturesque Nundle.
Tamworth local Lizzie Steadman and fellow finalist Logan Hoswell are playing at The DAG Sheepstation’s Live on the Deck Saturday at 10am.
The Toyota Star Maker Grand Final is on Sunday at Toyota Park at 7pm.
HURRICANE FALL
Rockers Hurricane Fall have been incredibly busy this year touring and recording new material.
But, the local band will return to their usual stomping ground for Tamworth Country Music Festival to show off their stuff at Tamworth Shoppingworld Festival Stage Saturday at 10:15am.
HALL OF FAME CONCERT
The Tamworth Hall of Fame Concert is an absolute must-see in the country music capital.
See Hands of Fame recipients, Broadcasters’ Hall of Fame recipients and the Eric Watson Library Award recipient all under one roof. Hosted by Frank Ifield with entertainment by Peter Simpson, Patti Morgan and Peter Coad it’s bound to be big. Catch it at the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame Saturday at 10:30am.
BATTLE OF THE BANDS
Watch bands battle it out for the elusive Coca Cola title at Tamworth Town Hall Saturday at 1:30pm.
GOLDHEIST
Former Armidale student Hester Fraser returns to the Northern Tablelands for a show at The Post Office Hotel Saturday at 5pm. An altruist through-and-through, Goldheist dedicated her song Dust to drought charities last year.
