After winning the toss, Tamworth finished on 4-266 off 50 overs.
In reply, Gunnedah were dismissed for 145 in 46 overs, as the mercury hit 39.
Tamworth veterans Adam Lole (85) and captain Ben Middlebrook (75) inflicted most damage on the visitors.
Lole faced 113 balls, smashing four sixes and six fours after opening the innings. Middlebrook was even more destructive – facing 38 balls and crunching three sixes and nine boundaries.

Three Gunnedah bowlers claimed a wicket each: James McGowan, Vinnie Winsor and Brodie Cleal.
Brody Blackett-Gregg was the chief destroyer for Tamworth, with 5-37 off 10 overs. Kilian Apen took 2-22 off 10 overs.
Gunnedah had one win from four matches, while Tamworth is the only undefeated side heading into the semi-finals on February 10.
