Ronald McDonald House Tamworth is gearing up for the third annual Twilight Xmas Fair which is presented at the house carpark located at the Tamworth Base Hospital precinct on Saturday, December 8.
Just in time to complete – or start – your Christmas shopping, the fair offers something for everyone and add a special touch to Tamworth’s event calendar with proceeds from the markets donated to Ronald McDonald House Tamworth.
Running from 6pm until 9pm, those attending will experience 28 stalls and a range of entertainment including dance presentations from local groups Ballet Stars and Dance Dynamics as well as vocal performances from Sing Australia
Young ones, or those young at heart, can enjoy a jumping castle, have their face painted, get snapped in the photo booth, indulge in a sausage sizzle or discover the stalls offering children’s gifts and accessories.
Event organiser Prue Russ said it was a great event to get behind.
“There is a great atmosphere at these markets knowing that we are supporting such a great local cause,” she said.
“We have the support of so many great stalls offering fantastic products and we hope to see as many locals on the night as possible.”
Ronald McDonald House Tamworth manager, Kelly McCrohon reiterated the sentiments.
“The house here is a special resource for families in need and being able to present the markets here on site is a great way to showcase the house whilst also supporting it,” she said.
