All three sides dismissed their rivals for under 100, the under-16s and under-14s keeping them to less than 50.
Deni Baker was the chief destroyer in a suffocating bowling display from the under-14s. They restricted Inverell to just 46 off 30 overs, Baker finishing with the impressive figures of 3-0 off five.
Isabella Cameron and Adam Williams both also snared two wickets.
Ben Chick (22) then carried his bat as Tamworth chased the runs down in nine overs, Nathaniel Follington also hitting 16.
The under-16s were even more ruthless routing Inverell for 40 in 18.3 overs.
Joey Mead and Oscar Spinks led the charge with three wickets apiece.
The Blues took just 5.3 overs to reach their target. Mitch Morley finished unbeaten on 16 and Jess Davidson 12, both hitting three fours in their knocks.
Under-12s skipper Riley Gentle meanwhile continued his good form with the bat in their nine-wicket win.
He was unconquered for the second time in as many games, following up his 71no against Tamworth Gold with 56no as the Blue replied to Inverell’s 96 with 1-187.
Blake Scicluna also smashed an unbeaten 88 off 61 that included 15 fours.
“He’s a class batsmen,” coach Chris Paterson said adding that “it wasn’t just hitting, it was good batting”.
The bowlers set it up.
It was a strong team performance with off-spinner Jordan Lewington (4-11) the only multiple wicket-taker.
Paterson also thought Ben Sleeman bowled particularly well. He only went for eight off his four overs.
“He’s got a bit of sharpness about him,” he said.
“Young Jackson Purdy also bowled some good off-spin.”
The bowlers were well backed up in the field.
“Our fielding was really good. We had two run-outs and took some very good catches,” Paterson said.
“Coby Single and Charles Hill both took good catches in close.”
“That and the run-outs really got us going.”
The Blues’ sides are next in action at home to Armidale on December 2.
