Entries were still open for any club that wanted to field at team, Group 4 added.
The competition begins on November 17 at Chillingworth Oval, and concludes there the following Saturday.
Each teams will play two games per nights, with a rep side picked at the conclusion of the competition.

“We just finished a busy season and the girls thought, ‘Yeah, we’ll get around to that [registering for nines]’ and the deadline came and went,” he said.
McCoy praised Group 4 official Peter Blom for getting the event off the ground.
“He’s been a marvel – absolutely got it together, and we’re set to go,” McCoy said.
