Just after midnight on Wednesday, a man entered the Goonoo Goonoo Road store and allegedly approached the male staffer demanding money.
The male threatened the attendant before again demanding money from the register
Officers from Oxley Police District attended and arrested a 16-year-old boy from Victoria at the store.

He was taken to Tamworth Police Station and charged with demand property with menaces with intent to steal.
The teen was refused bail and appeared at a children’s court on Wednesday.
