ARMED robbery accused Jeffrey Allan Smith has been refused bail.
The 33-year-old remains in custody accused of robbing the Good Guys store in Tamworth armed with a knife on June 28.
Detectives allege Smith stole overalls, gloves, a mask from another store and a set of number plates from a car before the robbery.
Smith is charged with armed robbery and two counts of larceny, he did not appear in Tamworth Local Court on September 26 but defence solicitor Wendy McAuliffe said she was still looking for an updated rehabilitation report.
Ms McAuliffe had requested Smith be considered for rehabilitation at Balund-a, a residential program for male offenders over the age of 18.
