We are a small non-for- profit club who runs solely on the generous donations, sponsorships that our communities make and the endless fundraising that our committee does.
This year, for one of our fundraisers, we would like to give back to the community.
Each year all over social media, parents are asking, “what’s happening around on NYE for the kids?” And the answer has been nothing!

We heard the cries, and we have the answer.
The Manilla Minor League - Community Carnival.
Our committee has been working hard to make this event a success.
So far we have a Mechanical Bull, a Jumping Castle, Mini Golf, Monkey Maze, a Petting Farm and Face Painting.
We will be having a Ute Show, a Partner Carrying competition, and a “Try Converter Competition”.
The Manilla Services Club will be working with us to have a bar and we have booked a DJ to provide entertainment on the night.
There will be a mini market, with hopefully 10 or more stalls. And to end the night, we will have Fireworks!
As you can see we have targeted every age group to make it a family friendly occasion and we are hoping to attract 100’s of people from near and far.
If this is a success we intend to host the event every year.
We see this as a way of keeping money locally as well.
Lots of families make the trip over to the coast for New Years Eve because there is nothing on offer here in our area.
To keep this event completely community based we need your help!
We would like to offer you the chance to get involved.
We are seeking sponsorships and donations.
The event will be advertised in the newspapers, on the radio and all over social media.
We can make available copies of our sponsorship proposal, but we are open to draft something that better suits your businesses needs.
We thank you for your time and we are excited about the idea of you getting involved and supporting our local communities.
This will be an event to remember.
Kindest Regards,
Jessica Ride
