The Tamworth native began her duties on Monday, after graduating from the NSW Police Academy earlier this month.

Probationary Constable Iuso said she was looking forward to serving the Gunnedah community.

“Being from Tamworth I aimed to start my career in the area and it is really pleasing to be working close to home,” Probationary Constable Iuso said.

“It’s exciting to be starting things off and I am really looking forward to all the challenges and experiences I will get here in Gunnedah.

“I think country policing is very different to being in a city, so it will be a good experience.”
