Black & Gold Fish pulled out of freezers

Frozen crumbed fish portions have been pulled from the supermarkets around the country after it was discovered they may contain metal fragments.

Food Standards Australia and New Zealand said the China-made Black & Gold branded crumbed fish portions have been available for sale at IGA, Campbells Wholesale & other Independent Grocers across the nation.

The boxes believed to be affected have a best before date of April 27, 2019 and May, 6, 2019.

Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice and should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
