For the first time in the history of the Quality Business Awards the public will vote to decide the Northern Daily Leader’s People’s Choice Award.
Following an overwhelming amount of nominations to this year’s awards there have been an incredible 112 businesses entered in the inaugural People’s Choice.

Remember everyone only gets one vote, and with so many choices on the table choose carefully.
Business Chamber executive Jill Stewart is urging nominated businesses to “get on the campaign trail and get the word out to their customers.”
“We want to see signs and balloons in shops, as well as social media,” Mrs Stewart said.
“It is exciting to be launching a whole new award that the public get to decide on.
“To win the first ever People’s Choice would be a great achievement for any local business.”
To vote take a look at the list of business names and then enter your choice in the survey at the bottom of the page. Please type the business name out in full.
The People’s Choice Award voting will close at 5pm on August 1, before the winner is announced on the big night, August 10 at the TRECC. Tickets on sale now.
