The chef, of My Kitchen Rules fame, will be hitting Tamworth on Thursday June 7 for a four course course dinner, where he will rule the kitchen alongside fellow famous foodie Phil Davenport.
The pair plan on using the New England North West’s best produce to tantalise the tastebuds, including Jack’s Creek Beef and Guyra Tomatoes, as well as some other locally grown goods.
The pair will also be mingling among the crowd, as well as talking about the produce, and how to get the most out of it among other things.
Publican Luke Prout said the tickets sold like proverbial hot cakes, although pointed out that all hope is not lost for those that want to taste what the top chef does best.

“Manu and Phil have a restaurant in World Square called Duck In, Duck Out, which only serves duck dishes, he said.
“They will be bringing that to Tamworth with a pop-up restaurant at The Tamworth on Friday and Saturday.
“We are hoping for some duck burgers, duck hot dogs, and all things duck – it should be very good and very popular.”
The Friday night will also see alt-country band Lachlan Bryan and The Wildes playing on their Sorta World Tour.
The celebrity chef night is planned to be the first of many for the pub, who will shortly be announcing another famous foodie host for the spring edition of Cocktails and Canapes.
