In the early 1990's, a barrister by the name of George Turner went to the Sydney Registry of the High Court of Australia to file actions against 44 members of the Federal Parliament for sitting unconstitutionally in that Parliament, in breach of section 44 of Clause 9 of An Act to Constitute the Commonwealth of Australia 1900 (UK) 63 & 64 Victoria Ch 12.

The Registry refused to accept the documents for filing, claiming they were vexatious and an abuse of the court process.
Some nights later George was beaten up by some thugs in the driveway of his home.
We understand that he moved his family to Inverell and has since passed on.
George gave me a copy of the documents he wished to file, but in many house moves since that time I appear to have lost them.
It would be greatly appreciated, in light of the recent and current events regarding the section 44 matters being ventilated in our High Court, if anybody who has copies of said documents could contact me with a view to correcting the general view that the section 44 problems are new on the scene.
