The Saints made their way to Narrabri on Saturday to take on the Eagles with Inverell claiming an 107-point win, thanks largely to Gobbert.
The 15-year-old kicked nine majors and was one of the standouts for Inverell.
It comes on the back of Gobbert’s effort the week before where he kicked 11 goals against the Tamworth Kangaroos.
The Saints were initially down on numbers for the away game before two past players put their hand up to play.
Nick Baird and Nick Reid pulled on the boots and joined their old teammates to take home a solid victory.
While the past players came through, the side’s younger brigade also stood tall.
Coach Justin Pay was happy with the ball movement and kicking accuracy from his players.
Others to impress alongside Gobbert in the win over Narrabri were Ben Ellis, Tyler Desbourogh, Nathan Hughes and Luke Selig.
The Saints travel to Tamworth next weekend to play the Tamworth Swans.
