The truck rolled at about 9.20am at the intersection of the Gwydir Highway and Watercourse Road.
The 52-year-old male driver suffered chest and facial injuries in the accident.
Paramedics treated the patient at the scene before meeting the Westpac Rescue Helicopter at Moree airport.
The man was flown to John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle for further treatment.
Road closures were in place on Watercourse Road, but the road has been cleared.
Investigations are continuing into the cause of the accident.
