It had been years since respected Tamworth cricket identity Terry “Tex” Psarakis had played cricket, after hanging up the whites, following decades of action, due to bad knees. But on November 12 last year, a player-depleted South Tamworth brought him out of retirement against Old Boys, and a special day ensued.
