Origin greats Brad Fittler, Danny Buderus, Steve Menzies and Nathan Hindmarsh were among the Hogs For The Homeless riding contingent to pass through Tamworth.
They’re travelling more than 5000 kilometres in 10 days, stopping off at 16 regional towns, to raise money for Father Chris Riley’s Youth off the Street.
While they were in the Country Music Capital, NSW Origin coach Brad Fittler and his fellow former Blues held a rugby league clinic for a group of lucky local juniors.
The rugby league legends also held a footy clinic in Scone and made a special appearance at a nines tournament in Uralla.
Along with the footy clinics, the Hogs also held a fundraiser lunch in Barraba and a dinner in Armidale.
Since its inception in 2013, Hogs For The Homeless has raised almost $600,000 for Youth off the Streets.
