Krystal Jean Boney, Zachariah James Boney and Brandon Davies refused bail in Armidale court, accused of armed robbery of Shell service station in Glen Innes

Krystal Jean Boney, Zachariah James Boney and Brandon Davies made no application for bail in Armidale Local Court on Wednesday. 

The trio are charged with robbery armed with an offensive weapon stemming from a hold-up at the Shell service station in Church Street on January 29.

Magistrate Michael Holmes formally refused bail and ordered police to compile a brief of evidence and serve it on the solicitors’ for the accused by mid-March.

The cases will return to court in April.
