THREE people charged with the armed robbery of a Glen Innes service station will stay in custody after their cases were adjourned for police to compile the evidence.
Krystal Jean Boney, Zachariah James Boney and Brandon Davies made no application for bail in Armidale Local Court on Wednesday.
Magistrate Michael Holmes formally refused bail and ordered police to compile a brief of evidence and serve it on the solicitors’ for the accused by mid-March.
The cases will return to court in April.
